• 03/16/14 Visited Culpepper Landing for the first time and talked with Beth
• 03/18/14 Went to a First Time House Buyers Seminar 
• Met our now real estate agent Lori B. (She's cool beans)
• 03/23/14 Visited Culpepper Landing with boyfriend and his mom and talked with Heidi if we can get pre-approved.
• 03/29/14 Visited Culpepper Landing and really worked out the kinks with Heidi and our real estate agent Lori if the incentives are really true and actually worth it. (See other page tab to see what the incentives are)
• 03/31/14 Signed contract and received "SOLD" sticker!
• 04/01/14 Placed "SOLD" sticker on our lot sign
• 04/06/14 Brought our friends to help us pick out the color of the house, what brick color for the foundation, and where to have the 3 free rough ins for the ceiling fan. 
• 04/11/14 Took off and had two separate appointments with Wiring and Flooring. 
• 04/26/14 Received confirmation that we get to have Bedroom #2 as a semi-loft. (See 04/26/14 blog post)
• 04/28/14 FINALLY GOT A CALL FROM THE PM FOR THE PRE-CONSTRUCTION MEETING!
• 05/07/14 Pre-Construction Meeting
• 05/20/14 Broke Ground!
• 05/27/14 Foundation is up! 
• 06/03/14 Framing is up and also the first floor!
• 06/06/14 First floor is complete and the second floor is being completed.
• 06/10/14 Framing is completed!
• 06/13/14 HVAC, plumbing, and electrical starting to be installed
• 06/16/14 Wiring walk-through
• 06/19/14 Pre-Drywall meeting
• 06/24/14 Siding is up
• 06/30/14 Digging of plumbing starts, garage door put in
• 07/13/14 Porch and Patio gets built
• 07/28/14 Sidewalk and driveway is paved
• 07/29/14 Appliances are in
• 08/06/14 Pre-Settlement meeting
• 08/02/14 Sod is in
• 08/08/14 CLOSING!
• 08/08/14 First night at the house
• 08/09/14 Fridge, washer, and dryer are in
• 08/11/14 Moving in all our stuff
• 08/26/14 FINALLY HAVE INTERNET
